Shock Labels

Shock indicators for packaging deter mishandling and reduce damage related costs by indicating when fragile products have been exposed to a potentially damaging impact during transit or in storage. Shock Labels are tamperproof, mechanically-activated devices that turn bright red when an impact occurs. Shock Labels are used each year as a highly visible deterrent to product mishandling.

Tilt Labels

Tilt indicators detect and record unacceptable tilting on goods that must remain upright. When these indicators are used, the product cannot be tipped without indisputable evidence of mishandling. Turns red if the package it is affixed to is tilted past 80� or is completely up-ended. However, it remains unaffected by movement due to normal handling conditions. Indicates whether there has been tilt to left or right, the degree of tilt, or if complete overturn has occurred.

Dome Labels

Domed Labels are used in many applications. Equipment manufacturers apply them as permanent marking for their products as they are durable and their three-dimensional appearance catches the eye. Domed Labels are much more permanent than many other Labels and do not show wear, even after curing (hardening), is self-healing. Minor scratches or cuts heal themselves and the label looks like new once again.

Void Labels

VOID Labels also known as Warranty Labels, feature a tamper-evident surface that leaves a "VOID" pattern on both label and the surface when the label is peeled. This is majorly used on electronic equipment, rentals but may also be used on any other items as per the requirement when you need to prevent unnecessary access. These void Labels cannot be switched to another surface once pasted on a surface.

Tamper proof design is perhaps most visible in the process of product packaging and labeling, where it can be vital to know that the product has not been altered since it left the manufacturer.

Holagrams

Hologram Labels are Labels with a hologram printed onto it for sale security reasons. Security holograms are very difficult to forge because they are replicated from a master hologram which requires specialized and technologically advanced equipment.

Booket Labels

A booklet label is one type of promotional and informative Labels which are used for 'added content' labeling. These are used to add extra information to a label without increasing real estate or the 'footprint' of a label.

Multi Layered Labels

Multi layered label is where text and graphics can be printed on both sides of the leaflet and top layer of the base label. With no adhesive residue, multi-layer Labels can peel back cleanly and re-seal for repeated uses. It is a great way to include additional information on your product without adding much bulk to the packaging. Multi-layer Labels are a multi-panel leaflet that is laminated to a pressure sensitive label.

Both Side Printed Labels

Printing on the front and back of the same label is also known as duplex printing, this is used on containers which are transparent (can either be glass or plastic). An image or text is printed on the gumming side of the label, which is visible from the front side of the container when pasted on the back of the container. Its companion front label always has to be a transparent label.

Shrink Sleeves

Shrink sleeve Labels have the ability to conform to very unique bottle shapes. Its one of the most durable label products.

Peelable Labels

These types of Labels are used when the requirement is to peel and reseal the package on several occasions. Maximum usage of this product is on baby wipes and wet wipes and packaged food items.

Peel Off Labels

This label can be peeled of from the surface without leaving the stains of adhesive or without tearing apart, but cannot be pasted again on other surface.

Barcode Labels

A barcode is an optical machine-readable representation of data relating to the object to which it is attached. Originally barcodes systematically represented data by varying the widths and spacing of parallel lines, and may be referred to as linear or one-dimensional (1D). Later they evolved into rectangles, dots, hexagons and other geometric patterns in two dimensions (2D). Although 2D systems use a variety of symbols, they are generally referred to as barcodes as well.

Textured Labels

A Raised effect is formed on the Labels with is visible on seeing and feeling the label, it is more effective on metalized silver substrate, may it be tearable or non- tearable. It helps prevent duplication as well. A series of micro-embossing can be done with different designs.

Scratch Labels

A scratchable layer is coated on the preferred area to hide the content below it, and reveled at the proper time. Used mostly to create excitement on the winning of a contest or game and many more.

Security Labels With Invisible Ink

Labels are printed with invisible ink which is not visible to the naked eyes it appears only when the label is seen under a UV light. Also glow in dark inks are used to print the contents of the label which appears normal white during day and turns to florescent colors in the dark. It�s a security feature which helps avoid duplication of the product.

Embossed Labels

It literally means to raise (designs) from a surface. Here we can raise the name of your company, logo or product name so that its very prominently visible and stands out. It can be paired with the printing or just the design can be embossed by itself.

Variable Data Labels

Variable-data printing (VDP) (also known as variable-information printing (VIP) or VI) is a form of on-demand printing, in which elements such as text, graphics and images may be changed from one printed piece to the next, without stopping or slowing down the printing process and using information from a database or external file. VDP allows personalization which in turn allows a company to connect to its customers. Variable data printing is more than a variable name or address in a printed piece.

Continous Labels With Sproket Holes

Computer Labels are sprocket fed Labels that are manufactured with sprocket holes down both side of the sheet for printing, this allows the continuous Labels to be fed through a dot matrix Labels printer or a pinfeed printer. We can provide the logo your company and other details printed on the label.

Metalised Cartons

Monocartons and multi pack cartons are printed on a silver board to get a metallic effect. Micro embossing can be done to bring an altogether different texture on the carton. Plain texture can also be done which is also called dripoff.

Non-metallic Cartons

Cartons printed on plain white board with or without lamination and with or without embossing.

E-Flute Cartons
